I actually watched this movie quite a while back when I was younger. It was rented by mistake by someone who thing it was Night of the Living dead (the gang is name The Living Dead in the movie). I must say it was a pretty decent Movie. It is a B movie at best though and I would felt ripped if I had paid to see it in a theater.
In the film there is a motorcycle gang known as The Living Dead led by a strange, death obsessed young man named Tom. His mother gets her kicks by have necromancy rituals in their home. Tom's father killed himself years ago and apparently trying to discover how to come back from the dead. He periodically tries to break into the locked room that his dad died it.
After threatening to pull all kinds of stuff to get into trouble his mother and the butler (he seems to play a very interesting part in the film) agree to let him. While in there he finds his father's glasses. He sees in a mirror his life riding around a cemetery known as the Seven Witches. First he is on a motorcycle, then a bike, then a kid running around. He then sees his mother coming up to the cemetery with a basket with a baby in it (apparently Tom). His mother is signing an agreement with a very dark man that appears to be a dark force (notice the ring if you watch this) Tom then passes out.
When they bring him out of the room they were talking and his mother discussing the secret of the living dead with the butler. Tom hears it and decides to try it. He kills himself and after being buried on his motorcycle at the Seven Witches he comes out of the grave on his bike and starts murdering people. He than gets the rest of his gang to start killing themselves. His girlfriend tries to kill herself but fails. The Cops set a trap to try to catch the gang, but get killed. His girlfriend is faking being dead. Tom confronts her about this and wants her to kill herself. For the ending watch the movie.
There really are not any good special effects, but the movie is pretty good. There is also some good motorcycle riding. Since it is in England they do ride on the wrong side of the road though.
